Video Reports

We reviewed the video and spoke with management. While on her cellphone, the subject made no attempt to walk around the spill and stayed to the far right as she approached the puddle. The manager indicated the liquid was from a leaking container that occurred before the store was open. No cones were present at the time.
We noted the subject may be the same individual who had a claim on 8/08/2023 at store #462. The report was submitted under the name “Tanesha Greene” and the circumstances including the manner of the slip and fall were similar. For this reason, we suggest that an ISO report be conducted on the subject.
